NIKE SQ DYMO SQUARED STR8-FIT DRIVER
There was always that one little thing about my Nike club that bothered me. Not bad equipment, but just not my cup of tea. Nike seems to have read my mind and improved on their drivers in virtually every way they could have to me.
It looks to me like a great deal of good traditional golf club design went in to the making of these. And out came what I believe to be the best product I have seen Nike put out to date.
Design and Technology The folks at Nike, like many other companies and Nike themselves in previous years, are offering two models in the Dymo line: the Dymo and the square-headed Dymo 2. Though neither are nike sq dymo squared str8-fit pear in shape, the rounded Dymo left is closer than the Dymo 2.
The designers at Nike have tried to maximize performance by tweaking the club specifications for each different loft. Things like lie angle, MOI, overall head size, face depth, and center of gravity vary from one loft to the next. The sound at impact is improved over its predecessors but still has a nike sq dymo squared str8-fit of a hollow ring.
Magnet that fixes around the shaft is not working on cover. Cover a bit worn. See photos. I bought the DYMO2 driver because i went to demo nike, ping, cleveland, and taylormade. I must say that i was impresed with all the clubs but i got more distance and accuracy with the DYMO2 it was not alot but a little is a lot in golf. It is also very easy to hit a draw with the Dymo2 but it does nike sq dymo squared str8-fit it a little harder th hit a fade the saft feels great also.
Nike SQ Dymo2 Str8-Fit, Nike SQ Dymo2: new square drivers launched
Did you go to the same Demo Days as me. Tried everything else and none had the grouping that the Dymo2 had…not even close. Just picked up the dymo Compared this to 8 or 9 other drivers and this one definitely goes the straightest…. Next on my list is the Nike Vr irons with stiff flex shafts as well…. Always want to like Nike clubs and had heard good reviews nike sq dymo squared str8-fit about this latest club.

My only complaints would be that the sound and the feel which are more "artificial" than the old model and that I find it flies a little lower than the old SQ Sumo with the equivalent loft. All in all I expected more but with the right shaft I think this could be a real weapon in the bag. If you really have a problem with drivers then this could be the answer as not only has it got the square face, but the adjustability should enable you to straighten out even the worst fade or draw a bit more. Thus, more mass is shifted back and towards the heel side, giving the driver an added draw bias as the loft goes up. I strongly believe that from the distance aspect the R9 got the short end of the stick in your test.
That added distance is largely the result of the extra inch and a half shaft nike sq dymo squared str8-fit the Nike. Otherwise distance wise I gotta believe they would be similar thank you for pointing out the dispairty.

That being said I can tell you I hit the R9 at our club and it was a good yards shorter on several drives that I used it in in actual play. I would never buy it because of the distance loss. Have not hit the Nike in true playing conditions but know from hitting it in the nike sq dymo squared str8-fit that I could never own one due to the sound. Next round Nike sq dymo squared str8-fit was swinging well and went back to neutral for shot shaping and it worked perfectly. I am 18 hcp going down, I have a swing speed of mph avg, and I used the stock stiff shaft which seems perfect for me.
Just my two cents, I know this review is old, but MY club is new, and I thought I would tell the bargain hunters out there that it is worth a try! First off the lofts on the dymo drivers are off, take a look and compare to say an R9.
An R9 The sound and especially the feel off the face is terrible, it feels like your hitting a rock. If you want to try a driver hit the new TM R9 supertri and you will literally feel the difference in one swing. I just got the nike sq dymo str8ght fit driver and this thing is amazing, it sounds great looks nike sq dymo squared str8-fit and has work ability. I tried my dymo 2 out for the first time last weekend and hit 17 out 18 fairways not bad for a 20 handicap have to agree there staight. Saying that it was easy to adjust and the set up options are impressive and they did effect ball flight.
The R9 fairway wood, though, is something else. I strongly believe that from the distance aspect the R9 got the short end of the stick in nike sq dymo squared str8-fit test.
That added distance is largely the result of the extra inch and a half shaft in the Nike. Otherwise distance wise I gotta believe they would be similar thank you for pointing out the dispairty.

Nike have been at the forefront of the square. The Nike SQ Dymo STR8-Fit driver is the adjustable version of the Nike very good, although it did not sound as good as the square version.
